feat(auth): 强制要求用户名，- 添加 hooks 验证注册时 username 必填

- 修改数据库 schema: username 设为 NOT NULL - 重置并重新初始化本地和生产数据库 - 更新 .env.example 添加 Resend SMTP 配置说明
