i18n: add card type labels for memorize feature

Add translations for cardTypeNew, cardTypeLearning, cardTypeReview,
cardTypeRelearning in all 8 supported languages (en-US, zh-CN, ja-JP,
ko-KR, de-DE, fr-FR, it-IT, ug-CN).
