- Fix scheduleNewCard ease===3 (Good) to use steps[1] or graduate
- Fix scheduleLearningCard ease===2 (Hard) to repeat current step
- Ensure graduating cards get DEFAULT_FACTOR
- Fix interval calculations for learning card graduation
